zynpure.com offers a 30-day return period for most products. You can return your item within 14 days from the date you received it. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition with the seal unbroken.

Damaged Products:

If your product is damaged during shipping or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at healthycaring@kimweek.com. We will assist you with a refund or replacement as soon as possible. Please report any damage as soon as you receive the item to ensure a prompt resolution.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued no later than 30 days from the date the product is returned or you inform us of your intention to return the product. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
