Shipping Time
We ship from different warehouses in local. Due to the large order volume, please allow us 1-2 working day to process your order. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website based on the tracking number. Return to Sender
All parcels returned to sender (ZYNpure) due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, acceptance refusal, or unclaimed from the Post Office will incur a return fee. Customers who wish to have their parcel resent to them will need to pay a re-postage fee.
